LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS: RoseMaríe Blends, LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. We ensure all orders are shipped to the address listed on the order, in perfect condition & you must track them to ensure they deliver to the address provided. If your package shows in-transit/delivered you must contact your local courier to locate your package. In the event your package seems to be lost, we will file a missing package claim with the shipping service & they will issue you a refund.(shipping cost excluded). The Small Print
RefundsUnfortunately, we cannot cancel/refund orders after they have been placed. It’s presumed that the customer read all policies and confirmed all information before making their payment. If you need help with adding to an order or changing the shipping address, please call the phone number listed on the website during normal business hours. ReturnsFor a return refund request, a 25% RESTOCK FEE applies. This is due to orders being made in batches for the amount purchased during the time the order was placed. You have 8 hours to request a refund after receiving an order.We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, customers are liable for return shipping cost, and instructions will be sent on how and where to send your package. Proof of return such as tracking must be sent to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
